Resuming the day at 440 for 8 it was of everyone's interest as to whether Bresnan would reach the three figure mark. The burly all-rounder took his own sweet time as he added 17 more runs to his overnight score. On 91, Bresnan gave the charge to left arm spinner Abdur Razzak and was stumped. England were all out for 496 and in the process gained 77 runs lead.
