The main man behind West Indies stunning triumph over defending champions India in the Super Eight stage of T20 World Cup, Dwayne Bravo credited his wonderful all-round display to the Indian Premier League stint he had after being declared unfit for the Test squad. Bravo first picked up crucial wickets, that of Gautam Gambhir and the Pathan brothers and then returned to smash a 36-ball 66 which enabled the Caribbeans to a comprehensive seven-wicket win over India.

The right-handed all-rounder also thanked skipper Chris Gayle for sending him yp the order in the batting line-up. "I just have a love and passion for the game. I enjoy playing cricket. This is what I was born to do. I was given the opportunity by the captain to go up the order, I grabbed it with both hands," Bravo said.
Bravo agreed that the team depends on Chris Gayle for a god start but he dismissed the theory that the West Indies team was a no Gayle, no show outfit. He said that there are other pretty talented players who can take the onus if the skipper gets dismissed early.LATEST SCORES
