OSBORN, George Newland.

Born at Romford, Essex, 18th December 1850.
Died at Westminster, London, 3rd March 1913.
He was for over thirty years a professional cricketer at the Upper Clapton Club. He was played in three first-class matches by Middlesex in 1881.
He appears in the 1881 Census living at 37 Tolly Street, Bethnal Green, London, with his father Willy, aged 75 born in Havering, Essex. Also present is his widowed sister Maria, aged 32, born in Havering, a machinist. He is unmarried aged 30, born at Havering, and an undertaker.
