Match notes
In a high scoring match Victoria gained a narrow victory by one wicket. When the ninth wicket fell ten runs were required and when the last over began eight runs were required. Bush soon settled the issue sending the first ball of the over for six and then taking two off the next. Bush batted with a runner after some ten overs of the Victorian innings.
