KN Ananthapadmanabhan, Former captain of the Kerala Ranji team and India A team player clears the Level-II coaching examination conducted by National Cricket Academy.
 
He is the only player from Kerala who has played 100 First Class matches and the first player from Kerala in the India A side. He is also a qualified First Class Umpire in the Ranji Panel of Board of Control for Cricket in India.
 
Ananthan hails from Trivandrum and he is currently working at Indian Overseas Bank, Chennai.
