All media persons intending to cover the West Indies Tour to Pakistan 2006 may obtain media accreditation forms from the following PCB officials at the respective centres:

 

Raza Rashid / Shakeel Khan - Lahore

 

Shoaib Ahmed - Karachi

 

Col (Retd) Naushad Ali - Rawalpindi / Islamabad

 

Lt Col (Retd) Mansoor Saeed - Multan

 

The completed forms are to be submitted to PCB Media Department, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore on or before 20 October, 2006.
