- ......... keeper Kamran Akmal contributed a cameo innings at the end. He dispatched Ian Bradshaw, easily the pick of home team's bowlers, for three consecutive sixes off the last three balls of Pakistan's innings.

 

To think that there was pressure for replacing him on the tour by Moin Khan is mind-boggling. He has been good behind the stumps too, a few mistakes notwithstanding. One hopes he would concentrate on improving his keeping too.
