Walsden have announced the signing of Sri Lankan Dushan Vimukthi as professional for the 2025 season.

 

The 32 year old right handed batsman has hit 3220 runs at 27.1, including four centuries, since his First-class debut in 2014.

 

His off spin bowling has taken 237 wickets at 26.0 with a career best 9-108.

 

Vimukthi played for Townville in the Bradford Premier League in 2024.

 

He also stood in as sub professional for Church in 2023 scoring 263 runs at 87.7 and taking 8 wickets at 18.4 in six matches.
