Colne have announced the signing of South African Bjorn Fortuin as professional for the 2017 season. Bjorn is a slow left arm all rounder who represents the Lions at franchise level.

 

His average of just over 37 with the bat, including a highest score of 194, and a shade over 28 with the ball, with best bowling figures of 8-58, outlines the talent that Bjorn posses.

 

He comes highly recommended from a number of colleagues at the Lions who have no doubt he'll excel in the Lancshire League next season.
