DateLine: 23rd October 2016
New South Wales Blues have secured back-to-back Matador BBQs One-Day Cup titles, after defeating Queensland Bulls by six wickets at North Sydney Oval today.

The Blues win was set up by a brilliant spell of bowling from spinner Nathan Lyon, who finished with the remarkable figures of 4-10 from his 10 overs, plus half-centuries to captain Moises Henriques and Kurtis Patterson.
Lyons performance earned him the Player of the Match award, and saw the Bulls dismissed for just 186 inside the 47th over.
His figures were the most economical in a limited overs match for the Blues.
Bulls captain Usman Khawaja was his sides leading scorer, contributing 35 runs.
Michael Neser struck three early blows for the Bulls, as the Blues were reduced to 3-19 early in their chase.
However, Henriques (85) and Patterson (77 not out), guided the Blues to the cusp of victory, with Nevill joining Patterson to seal the win in the 44th over.
