Jamie Bishop had an outstanding record as a left-handed batsman for Welsh Schools and also in club cricket, chiefly for Pontardulais.

 

He made one appearance for Glamorgan in 1992, scoring an unbeaten half-century in their friendly against Oxford University. He also appeared for Wales in Minor County cricket.
