Dennis Good had a brief first-class career after the Second World War, playing once for Worcestershire in 1946 and three times for Glamorgan in 1947.

The Yorkshire-born seam bowler learnt his cricket at Denstone College, before undertaking his National Service and then studying textiles at Sheffield University. During this time, he also played in League cricket in Northern England, before joining a Bradford-based company, and moving to work for them in Canada.
