| Player: | E Moss |
Ernie Moss was the son of Sam Moss, a hostile fast bowler who played once for Glamorgan in 1892 whilst attached to a club in Merthyr, before earning a fine reputation in League cricket in Lancashire.

Ernie Moss followed in his father`s footsteps by establishing League bowling records whilst playing for Todmorden and Ramsbottom. He was drafted into the Glamorgan side in 1923 when they found themselves with only ten fit players for the match against Lancashire at Blackpool.
