--> North second innings batting adds 3 runs over
Once again the second day's play was lost at Belgrano which resulted in another drawn game. Winning the toss the South put North in to bat and without Kirschbaum who made 64 the total would have been disastrous. South passed the North's total with onl;y four wickets down with Grant Dugmore 58 and Bernard Irigoyen 90 being the main scorers. All out 279 a lead of 135. In their second venture the North did much better and despite the weather made 398 for nine wickets in 93 overs. Donny Forrester with 79 and Alex Ferguson 71 lead the way and a quite impressive feast of batting was seen. Perez-Rivero scored 45 in 18 minutes with 7 x 6's one of which hit the scorer's table.
