Lahore, October 18: The PCB Chairman Ijaz Butt has congratulated Indian Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar for creating a new world record for the highest number of runs in Test Cricket. 
In a message to Sachin Tendulkar, the PCB Chairman wished the master batsman more feathers in his future pursuits. 
Sachin Tendulkar has beaten Brian Lara's record as the all time leading run-scorer in Test cricket.
