Pakistan prepared for the second Test under orders on Thursday to spook England with the ghost of Old Trafford.

It is under a year ago that England came within a whisker of inflicting a second consecutive defeat on Australia in front of a packed Manchester crowd in the middle of their remarkable run of 2005 Ashes success.
Yet on the same ground four years previously _ against Pakistan _ the hosts unraveled against the spin of Saqlain Mushtaq on the way to a defeat that prefaced Ashes disappointment the same summer.
Those facts are not lost on Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer as he noted for second Test between the two sides: "Old Trafford does not throw up too many results. But the last time it turned up a good one it was for Pakistan, so we are hoping those ghosts will come back and haunt England."LATEST SCORES
