Accrington have has re-signed Nishit Shetty as professional for the 2007 season. The prolific Indian put pen to paper after Accrington's match at Bacup on Sunday.

 

Shetty began the season in great form and up until Sunday was the league's leading run scorer. A dip in form has allowed Church professional Ruvin Peiris to overtake Shetty as the top man. Peiris currently has 877 runs with Shetty on 857 runs.
