Another fast bowling hopeful from the domestic circuit of Caribbean islands with, Baker is another player who has shown some promise with the talent that he has displayed so far. Lionel Baker is the first player to have played international cricket from Montserrat. With quite a long run up, Baker can be deceptive to the batsmen as they might not expect much pace from him. With his whippy action, Baker can get the ball to skid on to the batsman, surprising him with the extra pace and bounce. But like the other West Indian players of his time, all he needs is temper his talent with discipline and consistency he can serve the West Indian team for a long time in the future.
