During the 1980`s, Glamorgan played a number of 2nd XI matches at the Ynysygerwn Cricket Club`s ground in the Neath Valley. However, Glamorgan have not staged any first-class or limited overs games at the ground.

In 2000 Wales Minor Counties played Dorset and the Worcestershire CB at Ynysygerwn.
