JG Wilson required a runner on the second day after suffering a sprained ankle before the start of play and meant he was unable to field and batted number 11 in the North Otago second innings
North Otago were given 180 minutes to score 210 for the outright win but lost their final wicket with 8 minutes of playing time remaining when Kelman hit the ball to mid-on and took off for a quick single but was run out by a direct throw from McKnight
