The match was originally scheduled for January 5-8 at Niaz Stadium, Hyderabad but was postponed and rearranged for Bahawalpur in late February. United Bank objected to the revised date and BCCP awarded Pakistan Railways a walkover but following a successful protest by United Bank the game was played over three months after the previous game in the competition.
