The West Indian bowlers were far more accurate in this match than that of the previous day, Roberts in particular being very difficult to score from.
Still the match was evenly placed at the fall of the third West Indian wicket but from there they gained the advantage with a fourth wicket stand of 57 in 68 minutes.
