Notes
--> Bowling in the Huntingdonshire innings adds 143 runs under
Huntingdonshire wicket-keeper RC Brown was struck over the heart whilst trying to stop a fast rising ball which passed the batsman. He continued keeping until the last ball of the next over when, attempting to gather a return, he fell over the stumps unconscious. Despite the efforts of Doctor GD Bonner, from the Cambridgeshire side, Brown died a few minutes later. The match was immediately abandoned. Rupture of the heart was determined as his cause of death.
