Match notes
There were two short rain breaks in the south Australian first innings. In the Queensland innings Clifford kept wickets from the twenty-seventh over to the sixty-sixth over. The 44 runs added by Jesberg and Toohey set a new eighth wicket record partnership for Queensland in all Championships matches.
