Player:DE Bollinger

DateLine: 3rd June 2008

He is a left-arm fast bowler, who has good pace along with a good line and length. He has been a workhorse for his domestic cricket team over the years, but only recently has he handled the responsibility of a lead bowler. Bollinger is only the fourth player in Australia's one-day domestic history to claim a hat-trick.

2007-08 was an exceptional season for him as he had many things happening around him at the same time. He gained a central contract from Cricket Australia, was named for a foreign Test tour, got married and got a new haircut as well. This was his reward for bowling well in the Pura Cup List A, taking 45 wickets at 15.44.

In the First Class matches he took the second highest number of wickets for his team with 37 victims at 28.37. He also played out the 2007 season for Worcestershire, based on his good performances back home.
