Bangladesh player Khaled Mashud has been fined 20 per cent of his match fee for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct during his countrys second ODI against Sri Lanka.
 
Mashud was found guilty of conduct which brings the game into disrepute by ICC Match Referee Alan Hurst in a hearing after play concluded in Bogra on Wednesday. 
Mashud was found to have breached Rule C2 of the ICC Code at Level 1 which relates to "conduct that brings the game into disrepute". 
All Level 1 breaches carry a minimum penalty of an official reprimand and a maximum penalty of 50 per cent of a players match fee. 
The charge was brought by TV umpire Nadir Shah after an incident that occurred when Bangladesh were fielding. 
Mr Hurst reached his conclusion after a hearing attended by umpire Nadir Shah, Khaled Mashud, team captain Habibul Bashar and manager Faruque Ahmed. For Level 1 breaches of the ICC Code of Conduct the ICC Match Referees decision is final and binding.LATEST SCORES
