West Indies saw off a stiff challenge from Scotland to win by 14 runs. Dwayne Bravo continued his fine form from the one-day series with an aggressive 51 not out from 30 balls in a total of 143 for 6. He came to the crease at 60 for 2 in the 11th over. Andre Fletcher contributed 42 from 34 balls while Darren Sammy starred with the ball as he took 3 for 25 in three overs.

 

Scotland's chase was never on track, though Colin Smith made a run-a-ball 40, three crucial run-outs robbed Scotland off their momentum. Two sixes from Stander brought Scotland's chase close but then in the end it just wasn't enough to get them across the line.
