Stuart Phelps was a left-arm spinner who made his first-class debut for Glamorgan in 1993 against the Australian tourists at Neath.

 

He appeared in two Championship matches in 1994, but was released by Glamorgan in 1995 without having played again in first-class cricket. He then joined the Lord`s groundstaff and in 1996 and 1997 had trials with Hampshire and Northamptonshire. Since then, Phelps has joined the Armed Forces and has played for the Combined Services.
