This year the playing structure changed to straight 50 overs a side with B & H rules. Leinster had one team rather than 2 as previously, and the same with Northern Cricket Union. 5th team is Development XI. Players could play for Development XI and their own Provincial Team. 10 points for a win - 5 for a no result.
