			Hello, welcome and a Happy New Year from the live coverage of the 5th and final '3 Series Mobile' Ashes Test match between Australia and England from the Sydney Cricket Ground.
			This is the fifth match of the series and England are staring down the barrel of a humiliating 5-0 whitewash, the first time an Australian side has clean swept England since Warwick Armstrong's team of 1920-1921 trounced J.W.H.T.Douglas' men. The Boxing Day Test, billed as the MCG's 100th Test, even though it wasn't, was completed in just three days. Australia romped home by an innings and 99 runs after Matthew Hayden and Andrew Symonds crashed centuries when the home side were in trouble at 84-5.
			Shane Warne bowed out of the MCG with a five-wicket haul and now just needs one wicket for 1,000 international scalps, to become only the second player to achieve the feat - after Muttiah Muralitharan, who already has 1,100 to his name. It is Glenn McGrath's turn to take centre stage on his home ground as both these legends step onto the playing field for the last time - McGrath needing one wicket for 900 in internationals.
			Warne will quit all cricket after this Test - save for the last two years of his Hampshire contract - while McGrath will leave the Test arena at the same time but will continue to play one-day internationals until the World Cup.
			Can England salvage something like they did on their last tour Down Under in 2002-2003 under Nasser Hussain? They were 4-0 down coming into this final Test but Australia decided to leave out McGrath and Warne and the visitors calmed a victory that no-one expected. Can Andrew Flintoff lift his troops one more time or are the ruthless Aussies, with their big two saying farewell, only having eyes for exacting the perfect revenge for the 2005 Ashes loss.
			Australia have resisted the calls for Stuart MacGill to come into the side on his home pitch - a pitch that he is the second leading wicket-taker of all time on. But they have stuck with the twelve that were on duty in Melbourne so Mitchell Johnson again comes along for the ride.
			England might shuffle their pack a little bit with a possible inclusion of the second spinner in Jamie Dalrymple, who was called up into the squad in place of Ashley Giles, who returned home to be with his wife.
			This will be the 316th time these sides have met, with Australia coming out on top in 130, England are still on 97 and there have been 88 draws. There is some cheer for England, however, with 21 of the 52 games between the two sides going their way. Australia have won 24 and there have been 7 draws.
			This is the 95th Test match to be played at the SCG. Australia have won 50, the opposition 27 (most of which were England) and 17 were draws.
			The first ever Test match between the sides was the sixth Test match ever played - in 1882/83. Australia won by 5 wickets.
			The highest individual score for Australia v England is 334 by Donald Bradman at Leeds in 1930, while England's equivalent is the one-time world record 364 by Len Hutton at The Oval in 1938.
			The best bowling performance for Australia in these games is 9-121 by Arthur Mailey in Melbourne in 1920-21 season while the great Jim Laker's outstanding 10-53 is still the best by an Englishman.
			Pakistani Aleem Dar is joined by Billy Bowden for this final Test of the series while head referee Ranjan Madugalle of Sri Lanka for the remainder of the series.
