			Hello and welcome to the live coverage of the match 26 in the 2007 Cricket World Cup and it's the second match in the Super Eights section of the competition. Today's game comes from the new and, some say, not quite complete Providence Stadium in Guyana between South Africa and Sri Lanka.
			This is where the tournament gets interesting. Most of the minnows have been comfortably eliminated, as have two of the major nations - India and Pakistan - so we are in for a few weeks of thrilling cricket to see who gets into the top 4. The Super Eights table has already started and South Africa do have some catching up to do, having conceded the carried over two points to Australia from Group D.
			This should be a cracking contest between two sides that, along with Australia, are being heavily back to lift the World Cup in Barbados in late April. This match could provide an insight into which of these two sides is best prepared for the long haul.
			Who will win today? This is probably the hardest game to predict of any of the games to date. Sri Lanka have an extremely well balanced side while South Africa have some big hitters and consistent line-and-length bowlers but they don't have a spinner, which might be their downfall.
			Like the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua, the Providence Stadium is in exactly the same position. This game will be it's first ever ListA contest (and, of course, it's first ever one-day international - weather permitting) so it will be as interesting, as it was yesterday, to see how the ground plays, given it has hardly been used.
			It will be the 45th time these two sides have played in one-day internationals. They met in the Champions Trophy in India - and the game saw a comfortable win for South Africa by 78 runs as Sri Lanka slid to 141 all out at Ahmedabad. However, Sri Lanka have won seven of the last 10 games. The head-to-head is absolutely level at 21-21 with 1 tie (who can forget that game in Durban) and 1 no-result.
			In World Cup matches, Sri Lanka won in 1992 at Wellington in New Zealand, South Africa won easily in 1999 and then, in 2003, there was the memorable erroneous Duckworth/Lewis tie in Durban that saw South Africa crash out of the tournament and Sri Lanka celebrate.
			The highest individual score for South Africa v Sri Lanka is 125* by Boeta Dippenaar at Adelaide in 2005/2006.
			The highest individual score for Sri Lanka v South Africa is 124 by Marvan Atapattu (who holds the top three highest scores) at Durban 2002/2003.
