Notes
--> Wellington batted on after winning

At 5.25pm on the first day, Reid declared Wellington's first innings closed on 167 for 7 but after a 10-minute discussion in the dressing room, the innings was resumed because a playing condition did not allow a declaration within 100 minutes of the end of the first day in a 2-day game.
The morning session on the second day was lost to rain so Reid then declared Wellington's first innings closed.
Wellington had hit the winning runs off the third ball of Richardson's over but play continued for the rest of the over with Beck hitting the last 2 balls for 6.
