Player: | WG Morgan |
Guy Morgan was a talented all-round sportsman, playing cricket and rugby for Cambridge University, Cardiff and Swansea, in addition to winning eight Welsh rugby caps between 1926 and 1929.

The right-handed batsman and seam bowler played in 45 matches for Glamorgan between 1925 and 1938, and his finest hour in Glamorgan`s ranks came at Horsham in 1929 where he made an unbeaten 91* in the county`s second innings as Glamorgan fought back to win the game with Sussex after the Welsh county had been invited to follow-on.
Sadly, he was crippled with rheumatoid arthritis from his late thirties, but he taught with great fortitude at Radley for 32 years, despite being confined to a wheelchair in his later years.
