Surrey 2nd XI won by 8 wickets on the second day, after Wiltshire followed on 128 runs behind on first innings. There were several rain interruptions on the first day and play ended early at 5.50 pm because of bad light. For the winners, there were 4 fours in A Baker's 57 and 5 fours in Barker's 55. For Wiltshire, Radcliffe's 60 contained 5 fours. In the Surrey first innings, Smith took 7 wickets for 105 runs.
